Easy to cook pork mushroom sauce recipe

It can be frustrating, I am aware firsthand. I found out that a pork fillets and pork tenderloin are one and the same. Pork fillets are fundamentally a petite pork roast, of the finest cut. 
     There are several ways to cook a fillet, and relatively quickly because they are small, like a roast made for one. Although they can be made in a slow-cooker, it's not my favorite method of cooking any petite boneless meat, mainly because they dry out too quickly.Just as there are a number of methods of cooking the pork, there are many more options in pork fillet recipes
     I would like to share my all time favorite, a tried and true companion in my recipe box for a very long time now. It's simple, delicious, and versatile all the characteristics I look for in any recipe. But, be certain to make some mashed potatoes with this one!Pork Fillet with Mushroom Gravy4 pork filletsOne can of cream of mushroom soup1 package dry onion soup mix1 garlic clove, mincedblack pepper to taste? cup waterFirst, preheat the oven to 350 F, to ensure the oven is ready when you are. 
     I like to brown my peppered fillets in a Dutch oven, till both sides are a beautiful golden brown. I then remove the fillets from the pot and put them on a plate. Then, I pour a little amount of water in the bottom to 'scrape' up the brown remnants to mix with the water, which will later give wonderful taste to the gravy. 
     I then add about ? of the mushroom soup dried onion soup, and garlic, and stir. The browned meat is then set back in the pot, and topped with both remaining soups. Add the remaining water, if required. Set the cover on and cook for 45 mins to an hour, depending on the thickness of the fillet. When in doubt, I use a meat thermometer.When the meat is fully cooked, I take it out of the Dutch oven and let it stand for at least 5 minutes. 
     This will help keep the pork's normal moisture in. If they're cut too quickly, the moisture isn't sealed, and the end result is a dry piece of meat. But, you will notice when taking the meat out, voila...gravy is already made!The one thing that is left is to sit down to enjoy a fantastic, but simple meal.VARIATIONSTo get more veggies in your diet, add some cut carrots and celery to the pot prior to cooking. 
     This does alter the flavor slightly, by the natural sweetness of the carrots, but in a good way of course.Add a cup of fresh mushrooms and onion to the pot before cooking.Exchange the cream of mushroom soup for cream of celery, particularly if you add the fresh carrots and celery.Omit the dry onion soup mix, and add bacon slices for an unique flavor instead.Bon app?tit, no matter which pork fillet recipe you choose to follow!

     One of the easy ways to cook is to smoke your Pork, Beef, Chicken Or whatever you are setting up to eat soon after. Ya don't even have to do much. We are going to assume your grill will keep an even heat range. okay we can also take in to accounts you prepped you Item you are cooking food it just takes about 15 minute or so.. I have conversed this already on how to do this.
     First get a good fire going it will take all-around about 30 minutes. Depending how quick your grilling with charcoal or lump coal gets Ready. 30 minutes is the common time it takes for me..so your fire is ready and so is what you are going to smoke..Put it into the smoker and cook indirect with the heating. total time so far 30 minutes, not much for a great compensation. Practice and have a good grill that retains a good temperature and you may check it fewer times.!
     Decide to put your meat on the grill or smoker. You can smoke on a grill, its easy. and you are completed for about 3 hours. Time to see football . After the three hour time check and turn over anything you are cooking probably add some char coal and check your water the pan.
     wait about another two to three hours and if your cooking ribs , the meat will have started to draw from the bone some. That's a good thing. if its a brisket or pork shoulder you come back after another three hours..Ribs should be done for this time frame cooking at 275 degrees. check you internal temps staying away from any bone with your meat thermometer. let it cook for a longer time .Smoking Briskets and Pork shoulders can take about 10-12 hours so they will not be ready. Check again in around 4 hours.this only take a few minutes, maybe 5 then you are done again for awhile. check out in at the same time if all looks okay go back and relax some more. after you total time of cooking you will have looked at it maybe 4 times ,not bad.
     But if its is raining or its cold it may take longer .That will add some babysitting time period. With some practice you will know how to counteract the weather. I cook year around , even with snow on the yard. I just like to use my grill and smoker as often as I can. but back to our do almost nothing or lets say not too much.
Your meat will set out about thirty minutes to get acclimated to the space and warm up some so that the fire doesn't have to do it. Once done pull off your dinner wrapped in a foil, (I usually do this after about four hours so the juices will help to heavy steam) so that your meat will take in its own juices back into it and you should have a moist dinner to enjoy.      This easy pork chop recipe is a southern favorite. The pork chops are covered in thinly sliced onions and gravy, and simmered to a flavorful finish.Choose a thicker sliced pork chop that is an even thickness throughout. Chops that are an even thickness will cook evenly with less drying. Start the chop at a high heat to brown quickly, then finish at lower heat on the stove in the gravy. 
    This produces a more tender and juicy chop.Watch your heat and do not overcook. Overcooking will cause the chops to dry out. Serve this with a nice bread or biscuit to soak up the extra gravy or over rice. Excellent!Easy Smoothered Pork Chops1 Tablespoon Oil2 Tablespoons Butter 2 Tablespoons flour2 cups broth, beef, chicken or a combination of the two4 bone in pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick2 medium yellow onions, sliced thin2 garlic cloves, minced (2 teaspoons)1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaved, minced2 bay leaves1 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced2 tablespoons watersalt and black pepper
     1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the pork chops with pepper.
     2. Brown the pork chops in the oil, turn and brown the second size. When brown, transfer to a platter and set aside.3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and onions and a little salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are softened and browned. 
     4. Add the flour and cook, stirring until the flour is lightly browned.
     5. Stir in the minced garlic and thyme and cook for a few seconds until fragrant. 
    6. Increase the heat to medium high. Add the broth slowly, whisking until well mixed. Add the bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to loosen any brown bits on the bottom of the pan.
     7. Return the chops to the skillet and cover them with the onion gravy. 
    8. Reduce the heat again to low and simmer until the pork is tender and done, about 30 minutes. 
    9. Remove the chops to a platter and cover with foil to keep warm. Increase the heat to medium high and cook the gravy rapidly until the sauce is reduced to a gravy thickness. Remove the bay leaves. Add the parsley. Adjust seasonings if needed with salt and pepper.
